Rating by category:
the restaurant that was attached was good and convenient
lavatories are not private.
Location and closeness to a good restaurant
Ground floor rooms were easier to access.
Needed more pillows on beds and the A/C was lacking.
Excellent location at Zion Canyon
The lodge is very comfortable as well as economical. It accepts animals, which made it available to my wife and me as well as our two dogs. My wife went to the pool around nine, and found the pool closed and covered, even though its closing hour was shown as ten. The staff cheerfully and immediately opened the pool for her. We will certainly stop there in the future.
I stayed two nights, after the first night in the morning a housekeeping staff member offered to clean up the room, I declined but liked being asked.
No hot tub, but I survived. Not essential.
The bed was the best bed I have slept on at a hotel. It was wonderful. The room was clean and was truly a no smoking room. I really appreciate that.
The bathroom was small.
All was good. Like the Pet Friendly accomodation
Rooms were clean, felt safe and the decor was nice. Staff was very friendly. Love the location! Had a great stay.
parking, room, bathroom,lighting.
We loved the western decor and the ambiance of the "older" building. I was very happy to have a firm mattress. We have stayed there in the past and will do so in the future. We have family in Moab and appreciated the close location to the main street.
Convenient location, well equipped and free internet
Very noisy at night as trucks are rushing through on the nearby highway all night long; breakfast not included; we had requested a room on the upper floor but did not get it although we had made the reservation several months in advance
Room was not luxury but comfortable and reasonably priced.
Hotel is along main road and you can hear traffic all night long.
Great (although not prime in Moab) location, uncommon decor of the rooms.
Steep price for just a spruced-up motel. Despite the attached to the hotel restaurant, no continental breakfast included (a mere 10% discount offered instead). Cookie-cutter, tired hotel room layout. Just another motel with a slightly nicer decor than others.
1) Good , central location in the middle of town of moab, ut . 2) There is a rather popular grill / restaurant , next to lobby. 3) Front desk personnel , very helpful for suggesting tours .
1) Not Even coffee for guests in the lobby, & no early continental breakfast . 2) Has a " WI-FI " , but NO Internet PC for e-mail & map searches , as does most Best Westerns & Red Lions that I have stayed at this year . 3) Bathrooms are " Very TINY " . 4) The Lobby & rooms , do NOT appear to be well shown per the web-page.
